Our current science czar, John Holdren, is a psychopath

John Holdren is the science czar that Obama has appointed. In a book that this psychopath co-authored in 1977, the man that has control of science policy in this country wrote that forced abortions and mass sterilization were acceptable means of population control.

Among other things, he wrote this:
1. Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not.
2. The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation's drinking water or in food.
3. Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise.
4. People who "contribute to social deterioration" (i.e. undesirables) "can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility".
5. A transnational "Planetary Regime" should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans' lives -- using an armed international police force.

This man is a draconian sociopath, and the liberal voters are completely clueless. What is happening?

White House: "'War on terrorism' is over"

The White House has announced that the phrases/words "jihadists", "global war" and "war on terrorism" are no longer appropriate.

Wow, "naivety" and "cowardice" come to mind...

Woman plans to marry a roller coaster...

This is what happens when marriage is no longer sanctimonious. This woman is dead serious.

Miss Wolfe, 33, from Pennsylvania, will change her surname to Weber after the manufacturer of the ride she travels 160 miles to visit 10 times per year, according to reports.

“I love him as much as women love their husbands and know we’ll be together forever,” she said.

Ten years later, she decided to go back to Knoebels Amusement Park to declare her love. She now sleeps with a picture of the ride on her ceiling and carries its spare nuts and bolts around to feel closer to it.

Wow. There are no words.

Daniel Hannan, a British Member of European Parliament pleads for Americans not to take their system for granted.

Every American needs to watch this video and understand that, though it is too late for Europeans, it is not too late for us.

Enough Said.

Unreal. The New Yorker calls for the end of state's rights.

I wonder if this is what it felt like in 1860...

Some select quotes:

- "Federalism, often described as one of the great strengths of the American system, has become a serious impediment to reversing the downturn."

- "Even more important, federalism is getting in the way of the creation of a “smart” American power grid."

- "It’s a global economy. It would be helpful to have a genuinely national government."

Shock! The NY Times and Associated Press have called out Obama for lying during his health care conference

Associated Press, despite their usual seemingly lean to the left, have released an article criticizing President Obama for outright lying during his health care conference.

A small preview:

President Barack Obama's assertion Wednesday that government will stay out of health care decisions in an overhauled system is hard to square with the proposals coming out of Congress and with his own rhetoric.

Even now, nearly half the costs of health care in the U.S. are paid for by government at all levels. Federal authority would only grow under any proposal in play.

Now, the NY Times has chimed in and said that they also believe Obama was lying:

Another small preview:

Mr. Obama said doctors, nurses, hospitals, drug companies and AARP had supported efforts to overhaul health care.

While it is true the American Medical Association has endorsed a bill drafted by House Democratic leaders, a half-dozen state medical societies have sharply criticized provisions that would establish a new government-run health insurance plan.

Great. It's not enough that the Speaker of the House is a liar.
